Kokutan-gatana no Kyousho

The first time I ever use Clip Studio Paint resulted in this. It looks good, though the reason I coloured it this way is because I have no colouring experience otherwise. *sweatdrop* I need to learn.

A resident of the Malito Estate Mansion and the owner of the Elemental Katana Kageyami.
Felix is a pretty laid back and carefree person. You'd mainly find him in his mansion enjoying tea or a sandwich in the library, the lounge, or just relaxing at the pool. He's just that sort of person.
You'd do best not to let this get to you, though. He's actually very willing to work hard and do what it takes to make sure he and his sister, Yumi live a comfortable life.

...Well, as comfortable as possible, anyways, with all the attempted mansion raids, dimensional politics and whatnot. 

His weapons are Kageyami, a katana made of solidified dark energy and the DT Model 28 Skyhawk, which is pretty much his world's equivalent to a Desert Eagle.

Techniques

Kageyami
The Elemental Katana of Darkness. It's a blade of pure solidified dark energy made through the essence of Izanami's power. (It's not an evil blade, though, despite popular belief.)
Armed with this, Felix can move at unbelievable speeds, rendering him nearly invisible in combat.

        Inazuma no Iaijutsu - Lightning Iai
        Setting off an energy blast inside the saya (scabbard), Felix can add extra momentum and speed to his drawing slash. Rarely used since it takes too long to prepare.

        Anrakushi Sengiri - Euthanizing Thousand Cuts
        Felix rushes forward wrapped in blade like shadows, passing through the target. Upon sheathing his blade, the target then suffers exactly 1000 cuts... that he can't feel.

        Anshiryaku - Shadowy Eyesight
        Heightens the user's perception speed, making everything look like in slow motion for the user. Heavily draining on stamina.

        Bunshin no Mai - Dance of the Doppelgangers
        Usable only with Kageyami. Creates physical after images that copy Felix's moves after short delays.


Artist notes:
The colouring style I used was actually something I thought up to make up for the fact that I didn't really know how to colour things past flat colouring. I read a certain web 4koma called "Hang in There, Kogasa-san!", which is where I sort of got the idea for this style. (It's from the hair shine effects.) The result was this sort of colouring that made it seem underwater to a degree. I'll definitely try this again.
